UPDATE:
Nachi’s wedding is tonight, and he needs to pay up right after the wedding!
Please alleviate his stress and donate here to help the wedding happen!
I’m Nachi Lefkowitz, and my childhood was very unusual.
Since I was 13 years old, I cared for myself and my 5 siblings. Unfortunately, my parents are both unwell, mentally and physically, and I was just a teenager left to deal with everything: cooking meals, bathtime, appointments, kids' tantrums - and paying the bills.
I’ve worked at every odd job I could find to support my siblings and keep our house going. I remember missing out on friends' parties and countless sedorim because my siblings needed me.
B”H, I’m engaged now, and my wedding is this week! Besides for eating myself up with guilt for abandoning my siblings, I have no savings - their needs ate everything.
I’ve been forced to develop tough skin, and few things faze me. But this makes my heart twist in knots: My wedding is this week, and the expenses are not covered.
I have no one else to rely on, and I need your help to get married with dignity. Please help me pay for the wedding night, set up my apartment, and give my siblings what they need.
It’s hard for me to write this, but without your help, there’s no way for me to make it to the wedding. Please help me set up my new home!
Thank you,
Nachi Lefkowitz

I join the hamlatzah of Rabbi Meir Sirota shlita, Mot”z of the Eida Chareidis of Yerushalayim, on behalf of the chassan Nachman Lefkowitz, an outstanding student of Yeshivas Chochma V’daas here in Yerushalayim. He is to get married on 6 Adar to his kallah. It is known that wedding expenses are many, and he still does not have any of the minimal needs for the wedding. He is carrying the entire burden of the wedding on his own. His parents are unable to function on a daily basis, and unable to help him due to their health. His father also has enormous debts from daily expenses, and he is also incapable of helping his son raise funds. His difficult situation screams out to the Heavens, he is destitute.
Therefore, I come with a request from our generous brothers Klal Yisroel in every place, to come and assist him with whatever you can, with significant donations, an open hand and generous spirit. Help him out of this difficult situation.
In this merit, all those who help should be blessed doubly from Heaven, all their wishes should be fulfilled for the good with nachas and plenty, and we should merit speedily the Redemption of Israel and hear the shofar of Moshiach Tzidkeinu soon.
Signing for the greatness of this mitzvah,
Moshe Brandsdorfer
