Dear Brothers,
My name is Rabbi Yaakov Sinai, and I’m privileged to be the grandson of Maran Harav Ovadia Yosef ztz”l.
There is a dear Jew named Dan, whom I know personally. He’s got a wife and kids, the youngest of whom is only 6 years old. Tragically, this healthy and energetic man became sick with a rare liver disease.
He has one thing that will save his life: a complicated surgery in the United States. But it costs $360,000 (1,300,000 Shekel). It’s a huge sum which Dan has no way to pay.
Many Gdolei Yisroel are familiar with his case and are advocating for his story. We, Am Yisroel, must do whatever we can - more than we can - to save his life! “Whoever saves one life, it’s is as if he saved an entire world”
We are experiencing difficult times for Klal Yisroel. We can never know what tomorrow will bring.
In the merit of this mitzvah of saving a life, Hashem should save you from all sorrow and pain from all sickness and protect you now and forever. Your house should be filled with simchas, light, happiness, and joy.
The merit of Maran should stand by you and your family.
